I get that they're alien robots, but that doesn't mean they can't be parents. Never like the idea of their infants being helpless. I imagine them being born semindependent.
I think it strange that Cybertronians can have literal sibling, but not literal kids. They don't have to be pregnant or lay eggs. Maybe something like the child slipting from the parent or parents. Then again Wheelie had parents. In the Allspark Alamac ( part 2 when Kup talks about Rodimus) Kup has a nephew. That means he has a sibling, who has a kid. It doesn't mean that Cybertronians have kids through sex. Maybe in TFA coninuity, Cybertronian kids are also protoformed.
